Fibre clear

Hi just a quick question does anyone know if you can use fibre gel instead of fibre clear???

I think you can but the plain one only.... Not the fruit ones!! X

I started with the plain fibre gel however I prefer the fibre clear. It has no taste or texture unlike fibre gel which is a bit like wallpaper paste!!

Thanks for that took a ducolax tablet this morning and by god did it work (ha ha). First weigh in tomorrow so here's hoping!!!

arghhhhhhh ive used a fruit one this morning!! the orange flavour! will this take me out of ketosis!!
