Fibre

I forgot to get any fibre 89 from my CDC this week, does anyone know if fibresure is OK?
I got some cause it has less carbs than benefibre.

Ive used all of them hun never bothered me or kicked me out of ketosis i usually have fibreclear from chemist

yes I used fibersure for most of my time on SS my cdc didnt even sell fiber 89 she recommended fibersure instead

yes I would recommend you take some form of fiber this diet is great but it can play havoc with the toilet works I was at my wits end with it around weeks 3 and 4 even though I was going every day it was just very difficult and adding the fiber can really make things so much easier

I take 2 PH tabs each day and they work a treat. you can get a big jar for 11/12 pounds. 200 in a jar

have a look at this thread. you can buy them loosley and add them to shakes, some people make porridge and you can get them in tablet form aswell. hth becky x
