Grilled?
If you follow EE you could have it with mushrooms, tomatoes, baby corn and sw chips? Or if on original make the chips from your HEb jacket-like wedges?

We used to grill ours until we discovered a new method which made it soooo tasty! We fry it on a high heat in a frying pan to seal it then put it in the oven on 170c for 20/25 mins depending on how you like it cooked. Usually have SW chips and home made coleslaw with it - dribble!
