Filling and Healthy food diary, lets see how it goes. x

Ok my daily pro points didnt seem to be filling me up so i am going to try Filling & Healthy days to see how it goes.
Still got my 49 weeklies just in case.
Ok, day 1 on F&H;
Breakfast; Porridge made with skimmed milk, topped with a handful of blueberries.

Lunch; Chicken & Bacon wraps. = 2 WW tortillas (wraps) cooked chicken breast, 2 bacon medallions, lettuce, tomato, cuecumber, and 20g Asda extra light mayonaise 0pp

Dinner; Cola chicken, chips & salad. = chicken breast, onion, chicken bovril, passata, wocester sauce, fry light, 1/2 can cola. Chips made using fry light and a salad made with lettuce, cue, toms, grated carrot.

I might even make a sugar free jelly for dessert.


So what do you think? Any good, i must say the porridge most defo kept me full for quite a while x:D

Ah thanks i'll have a look at that, ive now gone back to points and feeling fine (for now) not even used any of my weekly points so this week is going good for now (my weigh in day is wednesdays) x
