Sorry if this is in the wrong place, I wasn't sure where to post... Anyway, I went to wetherspoons for lunch today and had a jacket potato with pulled pork and an undressed salad. I am doing filling and healthy but am fairly new to it. I know I have the 49 for the week instead of treats but am not sure how many to put for this. I know the salad is F&H but the jacket and BBQ pulled pork? If anyone could help I will be really grateful. I haven't been doing very well recently and am trying really hard at the moment. Thank you.
