Well it might not suit everyone but it seems to be working for me a week with sw and a week with ww ive now been losing with both i get bored very easy and at one point was swapping from 1 to another twice a week this was not doing me any good so im glad ive finally cracked the way forward. did ww last week and ive lost another pound im doing sw this week ee plan.
looking forward to spending the week with you. The downside to doing it this way is you dont get to make friends as much as you do when sticking with the one plan for the duration.
