Finally Started!

#1
Hi Guys,

Well, today is my first day on the programme, joined yesterday. Although I'm not actually hungry I'm seeing and smelling food everywhere! Its probably no different to normal and my senses are probably heightened.

Finding the water peice difficult, already been to the loo about 5 times and I've only drunk 1.5 litres so far!

Well done Tigerlilly on starting your LL journey and good to hear you are getting on fine.

In the first few days you you do go to the loo quiet a bit as you empty your glycogen stores.

Glycogen is stored with about 4 parts of water for each part of glycogen. This accounts for most of the weight loss in the first week.

It takes awhile also to get use to all the water but it will come in time.

Love Mini xxx

Mini is right, your body soon gets used to the water and you wont' be running to the loo all the time :)

Well done for starting, please keep posting to let us know how you're getting on.

Thanks Guys, actually today is much better. I think starting on a weekend was hard, as now I'm at work I really feel that 'I can do this!'

Will keep you posted on progress :D.
