Finding it really hard tonight!

    Doing my own thing...
    OMG coulda just snatched hubby's dinner plate off him tonight, had a tny corner of a potato waffle, which wont do any harm, but really want more, want hot dinner argh!! Got a strawberry mousse in fridge made from mix-a-mousse so gonna get that just now. Help!

    Oh you poor soul! :) I reckon the colder weather makes the whole dieting thing so much harder! Stick with it though- it's well worth the effort on weigh in day! ;)
