I done my first 5k race for life yesterday and it was great fun and a massive peronal achievement x I ran the whole thing and done it in 25 mins 49secs I have been very unwell this week with a sickness bug so was trying not to push myself too hard x I have just signed up for the 10k at the edinburgh marathin festival on 26th May so looking forward to it but it is a much tougher course with loads of hills but yippee and I also cannot believe I have maintained my weight for over a month now first time in my life xx
