first day back at it!!!

Hi everyone, well first day back on the plan and its goin quite well,class isnt until thurs but thought i would break myself in by startin 2day!!

here is what i have had:

Breakfast - 2 slices nimble (heb)with egg fried in frylight(free)

mid mornin snack - chicken mugshot(free)

lunch - homemade veg soup and banana mullerlight (free)

dinner - sphaghetti bolognese made with small jar of dolmio extra light and lean mince (heb) (whole jar of sauce is only 5 syns, altho its a small jar but between me and my mum, and not all was used, worked out about 2 syns each!!) sphaghetti is free, so are mushrooms and onions, had 28g cheddar cheese on top! yummy!!

u think im doin ok??? gona have slimming world chips and an egg soon :)
 
Hi Christie, firstly well done with the rejoin! and secondly - well done on the food choices today. I hope your positivity stays with you for the duration and you lose the amount you want to. I have started again today (this will be my 2nd time) last time i lost 2 stone 9lb but gradually I crept up as I snook off the plan. I go to my 1st class on Weds. totally new area, as I movded last year, so hopefully will be a good crowd. Cant wait to hear of the new Extra easy plan etc. Good luck xx
