Hi Hun, I love food too lol thats the reason I couldnt just cut back too many temptations that way :) Im on day 5 and just wanted to say it gets easier, didnt think so yesterday but I feel great today :)

Hi! Welcome! I am on day 4 of 2nd time around. I am still waiting for keytosis and can't wait! It really does get easier when it kicks in. You also just get used to doing it and you become less obsessed with thinking about the fact that your not eating.

Anyway I feel your pain hun and if you feel you need a moan or some encouragement just come on here......but I promise it is worth it when you stand on the scales for that weigh in! Good Luck!

Good luck with your weight loss journey, if you find yourself struggling log on here , theres always someone around to help you out. Get you motivated. have a look at all the weight loss results and pictures. They are great.

Hi Claredy,

How is day 2 going? I will be starting on Monday have the sachets sitting on the dining table waiting for me!!

I am really nervous but know that if i can stick to this the results will be amazing!

Good luck with it all - i think i am going to try and take each day at a time and just see how it goes!

Good luck Claredy - i have found that the more water you drink, the more tyou actually *want* to drink (if that makes sense) - so push on and you'll get there i'm sure.

I'm on day 3 :) still in excitement mode and can't wait to get weighed!
