The first weeks are the easier motivational wise but when you have lost a bit you can lose your way a bit..tonight write a diary of why your doing this. Take an honest picture of yourself tonight just for you. It will help you later on. For now just follow the rules,est all your meals drink plenty if water and wait for kerosine to kick in and help you with those cravings.
