Today is going really well thanks! Had a banana shake for breakfast which I've been dreading but it was actually really good! Just had a hot vanilla shake made with coffee which was lush! And now sat with my bottle of sparkling water while my fella sits next to me eating crisps and dip and the odd thing is - it doesn't bother me! Think I'm in the zone with this meal replacement malarky :D been keeping on my water and taking paracetamol to keep headaches at bay so bring on day 3! Canny wait til next Wednesday for my weigh in! X

That's awesome 212 - I think you need to be in the zone to persevere with a VLCD so well done. You sound very positive. Look forward to hearing the results of your week 1 WL! :D

Thanks peeps! I relied on this forum so much when I did Cambridge it's fantastic that there are others to talk to about something not many 'daily' people understand! The support is always appreciated and offered!!! Can't wait to finish this and hit my goal! X

Day 3 and holding strong! Even survived the social dominos order at our house last night without a lick! Woo! Little victories mount up to success! Canteen does smell good today but work is busy busy which helps! And I have you lovely people as a distraction!

Hey sumayyah! Yep mainly for coat and I work two jobs and don't have a whole lot of time so having to go to a consultant once a week was a bit of a nightmare! Figure I'm strong enough to go it alone so to speak so here I am :D how are you finding exante? I love the fact the shakes are thicker just trying to find more ways of adding flavour! Hope it's going well for you hun! xx

Glad it's going well for you hun! It's worth it fir the cost saving, have you tried mixing half banana or half vanilla with your chocolate? Might make it more bearable for you. Haven't tried the bats, just got the shake bumper pack to start with :) do you know if we can have the savoury Cambridge water flavouring on exante? I've got a loaf of it left and really enjoy it, need a savoury fix! X

Wow that's awesome! Thanks! Sadly my cd veg stuff is out of date :( Wah! But I did find a mushroom soup so gonna settle for that. Think I'm gonna have to order some soups for when I have a savoury craving! :)
