I cook chicken with green veg (sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, celery and onion) in veg stock with curry spices and garlic - totally gorgeous - I keep cooking it until all the water has boiled away - it's replaced my Friday night curry
There are a few lovely recipes in the Cambridge cook book
Good luck with tour weight loss journey :) I find I can avoid picking.at food during the day looking forward to that evening meal. I have resorted to basic salad and prawns or omelette a few times but I'm slowly making my way through my spices and experimenting.
