first day

The first couple of days I was bloated and full up really quickly, but yesterday was better. I am not finding the need to snack, the 2 meals plus the shake seem ample. Loving refeed. I spent 3 and a half hours cooking yesterday as I work shifts, so I have made some chicken broth soup and froze it, will be great for work.
