Well This is my first post so Hi everyone hope you are all well

Had my first weigh in last night and i've lost 7.5 pound i couldn't believe it.

I was so scared waiting in in the queue to get weighed, but i got my first silver seven :clap:

i felt like a little kid when they stuck my silver sticker onto my weigh in card i was so excited lol
