Had my first (free) session at the gym today. Did 6 mins on the recumbent bike, 10 mins on the X trainer (I love it) and 10 mins on the treadmill. Plus a few arm and leg resistance sets. I go back tomorrow to get my proper program.
Did a lot better than I thought I would, and I really enjoyed it.
My trainer was a bit unsure about exercise while on CD. But after chatting for a couple of minutes she said as long I know my own body, it would be okay. I had all the counter arguments ready so I could answer all her objections. It pays to be prepared.
