All done the lady was very helpful just need to make an appointment she quoted me £107 or £87.25 without the tea would you say the tea is a must does it help you lose weight

Doesnt sound like enough protein in there, are u veggie too? Maybe replace one.of ur fruit snacks.with a higher protein snack eg almonds, boiled egg, protein bar. Good luck on ur first day!

I have got the protein mix because I don't drink milk & I'm a vegetarian wont that be enough ?? I have got the bars but I don't want to use every day I normally eat nut but I'm all out until weekend xx

Did she give you the amount of protein you should be having each day? I have the protein mix in my shakes and 2 protein snacks - nuts/HL Bars/Boiled eggs/cold meats/Popcorn and a high protein dinner - I'm defo never hungry! x

No not really maybe because I eat a lot or nut & quorn already maybe ill ask on Wednesday when I see her again xxx
