First steps to losing 22 lbs

So, today's the day. 12st 1lb and going down :cool:

I'm going to try to stay around the 1200 cals a day mark, walk my friends dog every day, and keep out of the biscuit aisle in the supermarket.

Today I only had 720 cals but I pigged out yesterday and wanted to make a good start.
 
Day 4 and still going strong. I wobbled today, on the verge of going out for sweeties but decided to clean my fish tank out instead, and by the time I'd done that the feeling had passed. I have walked every day, even in the rain, and I have thought of everyone else on this forum, trying so hard, and it has helped me to be strong. Hugs to everyone x
 
That's excellent news! It's a great feeling isn't it! I wish I had the willpower to get up and go for a brisk walk! Keep up the good work :)
