Another good day today Di d a lot of walking around Liverpool though. The tall ships were in + some army ones.
Was good. Free music concert going on all weekend.
Now settling down for the football. Jut had a nice homemade veggie curry and now enjoying a lime soda
Well under my calories too Yay.
