Won't be a relaxing holiday ad I mainly gonna look after my mum.

Food today

B = wholemeal toast, pate, 2 boiled eggs
L = chicken salad with light cheddar and light cottage cheese, 2 ryevita
D = garlic chicken curry
S = fat free yogurt with berries, apple, grapes, 1 chocolate seashell
 
Horrible day at work. Had to leave the office for a bit. Thankfully a nice team leader checked if I was ok.

Food today

B = wholemeal toast with cream cheese, 2 boiled eggs
L = chicken salad with light cheddar and light cottage cheese, 2 ryevita
D = mushroom stir fry with noodles and grilled belly pork slices
S = fat free yogurt with berries, apple, grapes, chocolate seashell and a Lindor style chocolate from Aldi

Bit naughty today but felt crap all day. Xx

Wirk colleagues really outdone themselves today. Discussing someone's private life loud in the office because they posted a blog on FaceBook. I did point out the blog was for friends only. They didn't care. Nasty bunch of people. I could tell how one of them who didn't know about this was loving getting all the info. Hate my team.

D = vegetarian sausages, butterbean mash, peas and onion gravy
S = fat free yogurt with berries, apple, grapes, chocolate seashell, chocolate brownie, lindor style chocolate

Well done Tessa, see you had some yummy treats during the week but still lost - result!

Not sure I'd fancy the toast with gorgonzola for B though, you must have a strong stomach :D.
 
Well yesterday was DVD night with our friend. Had Crisps and homemade houmous, pizza, chocolate dessert, Cava. Very naughty.
Annoyed with a friend of mine in Germany who doesn't understand about trauma and just said to ignore next door. So empathatic of her, NOT!

Todays food

B = 2 slices wholemeal toast with butter, 2 fried eggs
L = slice rye bread with houmous, 2 tomatoes
D = aubergine and spinach curry, with 65g brown rice and 125g fat free yogurt
S = 70g Harribo, 2 Bismarck Herring

No it's not, you deal with it in your own way and in your own time, love.

And don't worry about the treats, they will whooshie away with some water - do you like green tea? I find that helps x

Already in holiday mode. Couldn't be arsed at work today. Food was quite naughty too. Anxiety is bad again and I am struggling. I should be looking forward to seeing my family but worry about everything here.

L = salad with light Greek salad cheese, 1 chicken thigh
D = haddock and chickpea curry, 50g brown rice, poppadum's and line pickle
S = 2 apples with fat free yogurt, honey and cinnamon, 2 oranges, 3pieces milk chocolate, 70g Harribo
 
Would it help to separate out each of the things that are concerning you - eg, your neighbour, and so on - and then say to yourself, ok there's nothing I can do there except support them as best I can. When there is something you can do, then work out what you can do without causing yourself more upset?

And write a little list (I love lists) about what's exciting you about your holiday.

Not a great journey so far. Took over 4 Hours to get to London fud to signalling issues. So I missed my Eurostar train. Now on the next one and will be at my mums much later than planned. ☹ xx
