first time had alcohol since joining

hi , we all go a little overboard now and again . There is nothing you can do about it now so no point worrying , just accept whatever happens at weigh in and move forward . Its not bad to have the odd off day , its bad if you let it ruin your motivation and fall off the wagon completelly .
Its also realistic to go out and have a drink and some food.
If it was a special occasion then dont feel bad on yourself, things like this happen, they are part of life and you can get back on track. just really think about what you are eating for the rest of the week.
SW is supposed to fit around your life not stop you from having one! x
I went out the other week and did the same.. Dbl vodka, beer, sambucca (room spinning kind of drunk!) and I lost 2.5lb!! I was very shocked!! But someone told me it doesn't matter what you drink, as long as you eat right.. But it's different for everyone.. X
