First time in WW

Hello...
Iam new on dieting.I decided to loose weight and be slim and healthy again.After 3 kids i put so much weight on,so its time to loose it now and forever...
I was wondering to start with weight watchers,iam too busy going to the groups so bought myself wee books.But still i need some help where to start and the main problem is what to eat...how many propoints can i have each day...any hellper for me??

If you start a diary thread in the WW section you will get your questions answered. The minimum propoints per day is now 26 as well as the 49 weekly propoints.
