I agree with Joanne!
This diet is way too expensive to fuff around.
Just try to take one day at a time and soon you will get into a routine.
By picking on food you're only making it harder for yourself!
I think it's better to commit to it 100% and have it 'over and done with' asap to be able to enjoy food again in a healthy new way!

I went through phases too, you will come out the other side. Just take one day at a time.

Just checking LL forum. I'm trying, to stick with CD at moment. As you've done both how do the diets compare? And why have you chosen LL over CD this time?
