Oh my goodness. I've been on propoints now for 4 weeks, and really felt different, like my relationship with food was changing. It's coming up to my first TOTM since starting and I'm REALLY hungry. I'm craving cheese on toast and chocolate.

I've managed so far to avoid eating really impulsively and I know everyone's got to have a bad day now and then. Still feels really rubbish though :(

I've already eaten all my points today and dipped into my weeklies. ARGH!
