First week and no cheats

    just completed my first week on WW
    WooHooo and not one bad thing has passed my lips, feeling pretty good about that
    but i must admit its not been easy
    bring on week 2 :eek:

    Fantastic, well done! No cheating can seem hard but then we're only cheating ourselves if we do so rather pointless. Hard to remember that sometimes I find.:sigh:
