So this week I'm trying to get to grips with WW, I'm eating all of my weeklies since it's my first week, I've ended up out a lot and I've had a really crap few days. I'm really worried about Monday's weighin because although I've not gone over my weeklies (20 left, but I'll probably eat them) I just don't see how I can lose anything.
Anyway, will it be really embarrassing and will I get in trouble if I STS/gain on my first week?
I keep hearing about people losing 6 pounds etc straight away and I know that won't be me!
