First week- if I lose weight I will eat my hat

So this week I'm trying to get to grips with WW, I'm eating all of my weeklies since it's my first week, I've ended up out a lot and I've had a really crap few days. I'm really worried about Monday's weighin because although I've not gone over my weeklies (20 left, but I'll probably eat them) I just don't see how I can lose anything.

Anyway, will it be really embarrassing and will I get in trouble if I STS/gain on my first week? :( I keep hearing about people losing 6 pounds etc straight away and I know that won't be me!

Stop worrying as long as u don't go over ur weeklies then ull b fine, that's what their for..

As for getting in trouble I would b very shocked if u were made to feel embarrassed r felt u were in trouble. U are doing it right so ull lose. not everyone loses 6lb first wk, and it's better to use up ur weeklies now as when ur weight loss starts to plateau ull b able to reduce them to kick start any (if it happens) weight stall..

I lost 0.5lbs. I was raging!! I thought the first week I'd have a stone off hahaha! Its not that simple after all!x
Some people don't always loose loads in their first week sometimes it may be their 2nd it takes time for the body to get use to changes. Everyone's different.. Keep going and see what happens..
I'm doing WW propoints and really enjoying it, am 3wks in and lost 10lbs so far.. 4th weigh in 2moro :) wish me luck! lol
