First week on propoints

    So, I'm on day 5 of my first week on propoints and I had to have a sneaky peak at the scales to see 4lbs gone and I don't weigh in til wednesday. I know it's naughty but I couldn't help myself

    I've really enjoyed the food this week and 4/5 days so far I've struggled to eat my allotted daily points (45) but I've done pretty well I think :)

    Propoints isn't giving me my life back, it's giving me a life!!! :)

    It feels great! I was AMAZED that I literally woke up feeling ten times more energetic after day 1 of propoints!

    I'm just going to enjoy a humungous bowl of tomato and basil soup for 6pp :) yum!
