First week on WW, survived the weekend!!

Started WW on Thursday. Weekends have always been a danger time for me, during the week I can usually stick to my points OK but come the weekend I think I've worked hard all week I deserve a treat! Only thing is before you know it you've undone all your hard work.

This time I'm determined it's gonna be different. Managed to get through this weekend OK. I've given myself 20 points a day (I think I should probably have 19 but I don't want to go too low too soon). Saturday I had a meal out but just had main and no starter or sweet. Sunday I went over by 6 points as I was at a christening with a buffet and buffet food is lethal! But I've managed to claw back the points today.

So, hopefully, fingers crossed, there will be a weight loss at WI on Thurs!
