first week out the way xx

    Well im so happy, my first week of sw and just been to weigh in and lost 4lbs, im over the moon as i have ate well all week, never been hungry and never went over my 10 syns every day . I have had 3 green days and the rest were extra easy. Ive been taking a seperate bag to uni with all my plastic tubs, one with luch which is usually macaroni cheese, or savoury rice with salad, plus a tub of lots of chopped up fruit. It is lot to carry with all my other books and stuff but im just thinking of it as burning more calories ha ha. Ive started to timetable sw into my timetable, like if i study an hour of biolog and chemistry and take and then i take half an hour to sw, where i prepare lunch for the next day and update my online food diary. It may sound extreme but it works round my life. Losing that 4lbs has given me the boost that i need to get me through next week 100% too so fingers crossed.

    Having a firework party on saturday so im saving my syns from now untl sat so i can have a few vodkas and i'll prepare a syn free buffet. Any ideas of buffet food which is syn free would be greatly appreciated xx

    Sounds like your off to a fantastic start! :D

    Regarding sw buffet style food have a look on the recipe threads as there seems to be some posts in there, or you can search for it at the top of the page. :)
