First Week Over Weigh In

    well... had my first weight in tonight...

    lost 8lbs... don't really know how i feel about that because i weighted myself on sunday morning and had lost 10lbs???

    was hoping it would be more :cry:

    It's still a fab loss hun, well done!

    That's the unfortunate thing about weighing yourself on other scales I find (if they were different scales that is).
    They always seem to differ slightly. I can understand why your feeling this way, but 8lbs is still amazing xxx

    im worried about that, have my first weigh in tomoz and my scales say 12 pounds but i bet it will be less than that! all scales are different i guess, maybe don't weigh yourself in between then you won't be dissapointed! 8lbs is great though, dont be discouraged hun! xxx

    thats a fab loss. well done :) did u drink any water before your weigh in? that might have affected it

    ok now i've come across as miserable about my loss...

    i know i have lost a lot but i just don't understand why it seemed like a bigger loss on Sunday...

    i know my scales vary by 2lbs but that was Sunday! should have caught up by now!

    my scales vary too from my CDC. best of sticking to one set of scales it prevents unnecessary disappointment. Well done on the 8lbs loss hun thats great xx

    Starting weight - 11st 3 1/4lbs
    Goal weight - 9st
    started CD tues 20th May

    Goal 1 - get through day 1 (lol) Done!!
    Goal 2 - get to ketosis Done!! :D
    Goal 3 - 1st WI - 27/5/08 - 7.2lbs lost!! :D Done!
