Oh I am so glad I switched, loving every minute of it and especially the shortbread biscuit I had this morning to celebrate ;0) Pointed of course!

I did 16 points worth of exercise and ate 12 of them, so eating up all your points definately works and I would recommend it.

Yee ha, bring the next week on!
