First Week Weigh In

    Lost 10 pounds!

    and 2 inches off my boobs, 2 inches off my waist and an inch off my hips.

    Am delighted! Hurrah!!

    Couldn't have done it without support from people on here - honest to God! - Thank you so so much.

    Fab keep up the good work and remember to keep measuring because even if the weight loss apears to slow the inches will keep coming off.

    Internet down at home (am writing this at college) don't know how i'm going to cope this week without logging onto this site every five minutes! It better get fixed - quick!

    I only managed 5lbs on my first weigh in this week - which is a bit less than hoped - but I am really pleased for you.

    Excellent news, especially after your day 3 wobbles (like me!).

    Hope I do okay this week - so far my scales are telling me I've put on weight! I'm doing my very best to ignore them - know I can't have as haven't been cheating.
