first week

Hi, 4 lb gone first week, I can put up with the sleeping problems!
I'ts amazing losing 4lbs and eating roast chicken thighs with the skin on, salad with real mayo, eggs fried in butter, yesterday I had a 2 egg mushroom and 1 and a half oz cheese ommlette, lunch was portabello mushrooms stuffed with cream cheese, dinner was cold roast pork and salad with mayo. Diet! what diet?

The word DIET makes me feel hungry....This is so not a diet, its our new way of LIFE!

nice one well done lost just over 6lbs me yaah never eat so much, crazy
