Best of luck hunni, I started last week and have had my first weigh in tonight. I've lost 2.5lb so Im really pleased! Im really enjoying the diet and this forum, its great for support and advice! Look forward to getting to know you! xxx

You have already made the first step by going to the class and your keen! Its a great start. Just make sure you set yourself small goals and when you meet each of them, your sense of achievment will grow and motivate you even more. Small and steady is the way!

Good luck with your journey. That was my starting weight. I lost five stone then stopped for a while, now I'm back on the plan hoping to lose the last stone and a half. You can do it!
