I have just this week joined too, and I am sooo impressed with the recipes on this forum, have a trawl through, they are great.
Also check out Ermitrudes diary, its fab, I found her very inspiring and one of the main reasons i joined SW above any other plan.
I do belive though this is a lifestyle change, and i am loving it.
Planning is the key, and at the moment i have gammon with diet coke in the crock pot and will have that with SW chips and salad later.
When thats out i am putting Corn beef stew in and also making SW Cornish pasty, like i said, look through the recipes, you will be amazed
