first weigh in after coming back

    hey all as u know i stopped TFR 3 weeks ago as i felt i had had enough but was 5 lbs off target and after 3 weeks i had not lost anything and not gained anything so decided to go back on tfr just to lose the last 5lbs which i have done so really chuffed, the problem now is i have found myself thinking should i just go ahead and lose the stone as a whole. i am currently 10.9 and i look great am 5.5 so not a bad ratio i am worried am getting a bit ott with this and still feel fat though my doc says am not anymore and need to eat healthy and excersise now but am worried if i get to 10stone will i be able to stop or will i tell myself just one more stone?

    Hi Hun

    Im back after a week off i was originally planning just to lose 7lbs as my weight is 11 stone 7lbs but ive changed my mind and im aiming for 10 stone now as i was some lbs to play with and wont feel so bad if i put on. See how u feel once uve lost the final 5lbs if ya wanna carry on i would say go for it depends on how u feel hun xxxxxxxx

    I owuld go for the stone... you are not yet in the middle range for your healthy bmi...you are allowed to go down 2 more drops! then, thats it no more!!! I personally am aiming to achieve my lowest healthy... this way i have a buffer zone and then when eating food again i can adjust my intake accordingly to maintain or if i feel i have to increase a little!
    But, at the end of the day its up to you xx

    Hi Kiki, I'm 5'5 as well and have set my target at 9stone 12lb. I will be reassessing it as I get closer and see how I'm looking. You won't go OTT, but you need to be happy with yourself and your body.

    Good luck hun and well done for losing the 5lb.

    Well done with the 5lb Kiki. I would go for the stone if thats what YOU want :D.See how it goes. As Nic say's go for the middle range of your healthy bmi, it will give you a little to play with.I suppose it depends on your frame size.Just make sure you are happy and healthy hun.:D
