If you think of it in the way its fat you are losing and not water then it wont affect your weight loss. What the scales may say may not be a true reflection of your "real" loss as the body tends to act like a sponge at totm and absorb water like a camel. So don't be too disheartened and know that if you stick to the plan you ARE losing. Everything you do contributes to your loss.

If you lose 4lbs or 10lbs its still lbs that you won't see again.

Have something you can hold that weighs a pound so you can visualise what it feel likes to hold a pound. I tend to almost become complacent when I lose one or two pounds but my word that is still heavy stuff if you had to carry it around with you all the time.

Best of luck and I'm sure you will be just fine xxx
Even if you do have a smaller loss than you hope for due to totm, next week's loss will certainly make up for it. Every now and then I have a lower loss (totm), but the following weeks always make up for it. Remember-ANY LOSS IS A GOOD LOSS AND THEY ALL ADD UP!

Totm has never affected my losses. As the others say, what you hold on to the totm week will begone the next, so it's a win situation. The weight will begone whether it's this week or next.

Keep at it Tina. You'll be full of smiles when you come back from your weigh in tomorrow!

Don't worry about it too much, easy said i know, it's just bad luck that it's same week for WI and totm but it will catch up i promise. Either way you will lose tomorrow and you can say goodbye to those pounds forever! Good luck hun!
