First weigh in tomorrow so nervous

    Hi Guys

    Im really nervous hope i have done myself proud this week im on sole source and have blipped a cople of times and nibbled a bit of chicken 2 days this week only a tiny bit tho ..

    But its my TOTM and feel so bloated worried this will affect my weigh in x no drank anywhere near as much water last 2 days either anyone else been like this during ss.. but i really feel the difference..

    anyway here is hoping x

    You cant fail to have lost a decent amount of weight. The chicken shouldn't make any difference and maybe TOTM will only make a couple of lb difference so you should do okay. Good luck.

    Thanks ladies , i did cheat the other night and weighed myself and i was 7lbs lighter so just hoping i kept a hold of that loss or more :) if not there is always next week xx

    Remember, even if you don't get what you're expecting because of your TOTM, you will still have lost fat, and that's the important bit! Good luck.
