Completely agree. But try to always have the same thing every weigh day (or similar) so then it won't matter. This should be something long term so just 'be normal'.
Yes def have breakfast even if its just some fruit and yogurt and also pack a lunch . My meetings at 10.45 and we finish about 12.15 so i walk up to the park and have my lunch and its sw friendly and means i eat on time rather then ending up too hungry
