First weigh in

Hi ladies :)

Just weighed in today for the first time in a long while, and weight 260 pounds. Hopefully next week that will be 258 pounds :).

Im wondering if anyone has any tips for me to carry with me this week? As i need all the help i can get lol. Also what happens if i carnt weigh myself the same time every week?
