    Hi guys!

    Can't meet my CDC tonight unfortunately so I weighed myself at home fully clothed as if I was on my CDC Scales.....I've lost 6lbs in my first week!!! Mind you 3 of those days did have blips in them, so I am really pleased with the results!!! Hopefully neext week I can get another few lbs off towards my first stone!!
