First Weigh in!

I've lost 4lbs, despite having a poor end of the week. Still annoyed at my self, I prob would've lost even more if I hadn't of messed it up! Am worried my resolve is going already! :S It's so hard to get into it. Especially exercise, I want to do a workout but I live at my boyfriend's dad's house with our daughter and it's always untidy and cluttered-theres no room! plus when his dad's home I dont exactly want to work out in front of him. I get so depressed living here. I feel like I want to give up till we have our own place, but I know that's not the answer, i need to persevere. :-/

Congrats on losing 4lbs!

try not to beat yourself up hun, 4lbs is a great loss! Regarding the exercise, if the house is as bad as you say, can you maybe take your daughter out and go for a walk somewhere? Or a nearby park, and you can play with her whilst exercising at the same time?

It is hard settling into a new routine and new way of eating, but trust me when I say that it does get easier the longer you stick at it! :)

Well done, 4lbs is a fab loss!

It was my first weigh in tonight but when we all arrived, the computers were not not working so knowbody could weigh!!!! Soooo frustrating!! I've tried so well all week and needed that boost!

Anyway I stopped off at boots on the way home and weighed and they claim I am 5lbs lighter, but different scales so can't be sure! x
