I am due to have my first weigh in tonight. I am hoping for a good loss as i have been 100%.
Thyere have been times over the last week when i didnt think i would make a week but am so pleased that i have. I think you gotta roll with the bad days because everyday has been different for me. Hour to hour has been different some days if im honest lol.
I have been very emotional (weepy) and at times angry that i am am doing this silly as it sounds. Reading the posts on this forum have been keeping me going when its got tough. I was dreading the weekend because i feel its easier at work because im constantly ocuupied. Anyway im pleased to say i have done a week and am feeling really positive about the wekks ahead.
All i can say to those new starters is that i found after around day 4 it really does become easier. I think your mind starts to play tricks on you and you constantly think about food, but i am feeling stronger now to cope with those feelings and ignore them because its habit rather than the need to eat.
Best of luck to everyone whos doing LL because it really is very hard the first few days but the results seem so worth it.
