I had the same feeling the first days. But now i don't care.
I am happy with the shaker and the choco bar

my baby is 7 months so is constantly getting strips of toast or a rusk or mashed apples ! but itll be woth it to be a nice slim mummy!

1st weigh in today only been doing it for 4 days but 6 pounds and half an inch! Very pleased!!

Had my first WI yesterday. Lost 7lbs which is quite respectable for 6 days.
Hopefully will continue like this.

Thank you, I've just been drinking lots of water. Day 5 today and Im really struggling feel dizzy and want to eat everything!
