I am hoping to have lost a little more this week.
I have started back at the gym since my holiday, I have down loaded an app to my phone called Couch to 5k. Its a running program supposed to get you running 5k in just 9 weeks.
I decided to skip week one and have gone on to do the week 2 runs. Done it twice this week already and suprisingly enjoyed it! Your only supposed to do it 3 times a week but I am going to do it every day.
