Thanx alot means alot that i can speak freely without 100 questions of negativity. My manager told me just to tell people that im on controlled eating which seems more acceptable.

Well done. my week has not been too bad. but impatient for my weigh in on Monday l hope to have a loss of at least 8 lb to take me to 16.2 in 2 weeks.

Second weigh in this week and a loss of 2lbs and my sister lost 3lbs. Quite low but not dissapointing as i lost in inches and its totm. Good luck for ur weigh in ladies
