ProPoints First weigh in :-(

First week of weigh watchers and I stay the same :-(

This really doesn't bode well for my confidence in the plan. Surely stick to points = lose weight?

I have used all of my points each day / week and any activity points I earned but have not gone over. Am I on too many points?? I do ww online & they calculated them for me, I'm 5ft 8 & 11st 3 = 26 points

I know I haven't done as much exercise as I would like as I was having a week of getting my head round the points before I could it with starting running next week.

Really not happy :-(
