Well i've just had my first weigh in & i've lost 14lbs.
That is for weeks 1 & 2 though.
I'm kinda happy with that & i know i shouldn't compare myself with others but some people lose that in their first week.
I tend not to have big losses after the first week, i normally lose 2-3lbs so not hopeful for any 5-6lbs losses in the future. I suppose thats why i was hoping for a bit more than 14lbs to get me going.
